Right of withdrawal β 14 days
You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to provide a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Code.
Return Conditions
To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, unsealed or opened cosmetic products cannot be returned (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code).
Procedure
1. Email us at contact@lookzuri.com with your order number.
2. We will provide you with the return address within 48 hours.
3. Send the product back (return costs are at your expense; we recommend tracked shipping).
4. Upon receipt and verification, you will be refunded within 14 days to your original payment method.
Defective, damaged product, or order error
In this case, return costs are at our expense: contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos; we will resend a new product or issue a full refund, according to your preference.
