We currently deliver to mainland France.
Delivery Times
Your order is prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. The observed delivery time is 10 to 15 business days. We work with international logistics partners, which allows us to offer you the best prices β in exchange for a slightly longer delivery time than express delivery.
In accordance with the law, if your order is not delivered within 30 days, you can cancel it and receive a full refund.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your package at any time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the time of payment, before validating your order.
Damaged or Lost Package
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 48 hours at contact@lookzuri.com with supporting photos: we will resend or refund.
